Not Me

a person can be all they can be
but what if they're me?
some people can act and live so free
but not if they're me

a person can lose touch with reality
but that ain't me

they can be people of mystery
but i just can't be

everythings harder for me
life makes a martyr of me
it's a gamble, a barter for me
life is no partner of me

i can live lonely in misery
outside of any society
without the friends that i really need
no lovers to give life variety

everything's tougher for me
existence is rougher on me
there is no stress buffer for me
therefore i suffer to be me
